Week Commencing 2nd July 2018

It is hard to believe that we are entering the last week of this academic year and saying goodbye to Prep 6.

It has been a busy year, which is why I think it seems to have flown.

I would like to thank everyone for all their support this year and for making this yet another successful year.

This week we have our Dress Rehearsal for the ‘Wizard of Oz’ on Monday at 1-30pm.

On Tuesday we have our Leavers Mass led by Father Rob at 1-30pm. You are most welcome to join us.
This will be the last Mass that Father Rob leads for us, as he is leaving the Parish. We wish him every blessing as he moves into another post and thank him for all the guidance and deep spirituality which he has shown us.

On Wednesday the Prep department will be spending the day at Stoke Rep theatre practising in readiness for the ‘Prize Giving’ evening which starts at 7pm.
We ask that children arrive at 6-45pm.
Prizes this year will be distributed by Mrs Thomas from the Kabanda Trust, our charity for this year.

On Thursday we welcome Mrs Thomas into school, to talk to the school about the charity we have supported this year.
Thursday also sees Reception going on a ‘Bug Hunt’
We have the Leavers disco on Thursday straight after school with lots of fun and games taking place to end the year.

On Friday we have an ‘Own Clothes Day’ in exchange for £1.
We say farewell to our Prep 6 children at a special ‘Leavers Assembly’ 9.30am.
EYFS people will be having a ‘Summer Holiday’ party.

We wish everyone a sunny, restful and safe Summer holiday.
